A few stories about me

I’m Luke

I was born and raised in Gozo, a small island in the middle of the mediterranean. Gozitans are full of character, thus I grew up listining in to all kinds of fascinating tales.

I dreamed that one day, I would be able to tell other's people tales to the rest of the world.

How it started...

Let me tell you a story (;

I was 15, my older brother had recently bought a camera. He did the foolish mistake of leaving it unguarded around a mischievous teenager like me.

I "borrowed" his camera for an "unscheduled" nature trip and filled his SD card to brim. I arrived home to a scolding. As revenge I thought I should by my own camera and so I did. No regrets :P

Photography

My love of photography can be described in only way; "love at first sight".

Photography enabled me to capture memories and through snaps compose a story of my wild adventures. It became a tool to capture other people stories, feelings and emotions. This was my dream becoming true and solidified my love for the beautiful art that is Photography.

Videography

If Photography is my first true love, Videography became my second one. It started with just wanting to compose multiple pictures into a single video.

The curiosity in me could not stop there. So I started to play around with different effects, tools, audio... and soon I found myself telling stories through vidoes, covering completly different emotions and feelings.
